  Went into Verizon having problems with my phone. Patricia was the first one to greet me and had a smile on her face. Her demeanor was very respectful and kind. Though I seemed frustrated with the phone she promised me she would try to do her best to fix it and she did fix it. Will definitely be going back and will definitely be asking for her!

  Emily and Karissa were so friendly. They made sure all my information got transferred and had great conversation. They taught me about all the new things Verizon has to offer since my last visit :) super excited to learn more about my phone at their smart phone classes too. Thank you Emily and Karissa for being so professional and helpful, definitely will be coming to see you guys again!
